1. CARDIO program (Walk or Jog for at a minimum 45mins) Jump Rope and/or jumping jacks
2. Crunches, side twist
# Leg Kickback 2 sets, 15 reps each leg, (Get on all four and you lift your leg back towards the sky)
# Squats 2 sets, 15 reps,
# Jane Fonda 2 sets, 15 reps, each side
# Leg Curl 2 sets, 15 reps,
# Lunges 3 sets, 20 reps
# Leg lifts 3 sets, 12 reps, (Lay on your back and lift your legs 10in to 45degrees to 90 degrees

Squats can help, Press up's, sit ups, and cycling is also a great way, helps upper thighs and calfs, and tones the bum and stomach too.

Well, to tone your legs the best way is really to run. Running three times a week can really make a difference. Not only will your legs look better, but you'll notice that you'll be able to run farther and faster with each week that you run.

As for your abs, i found one way that works great if you have the muscle to do it. It requires a pull-up bar. You just grab on to the pull-up bar like usual and do a pull up BUT instead of just leaving your legs perpendicular to the ground, raise them up so they are PARALLEL to the ground, and then do pullups. Its tough to do more than 2-3 repititions at first, but youll feel the intense burn right away.

Can a person with really hairy legs have real nice calves?
Or if someone is too hairy they cannot have nice legs.
Hair on the skin has nothing to do with muscles underneath. If you do a lot of walking and are not overweight, you will have nice calves. If you worry about hairy legs, you can go to a drugstore and buy preparations that bleach hair on legs so it's less noticeable, or you can of course shave it. Perhaps shaving only once a month or so would let your hair grow out but stay short and less noticeable.
