| Why does call of duty black ops multiplayer lag so much? First off. Im not some noob trying to justify or excuse failures in my skill level as a first person shooter by blaming the game. I still win matches despite the incredibly obvious lag issues in cod black ops. Im just sick of having to use camp tactics to win because i know in most cases a 1v1 heads up fight will leave me second best because of lag. How can a fast paced game be played if your seeing whats happened upto 1 second late, doesnt sound like much but even a half second can decide who wins and who loses. Im ******* sick of watching kill cams where i know i have knifed at the right time only to see no knife swipe at all in the replay. Also, lock hosts into the game for christs sake, the amount of times games have glitched out because of a host player dropping out is pathetic. Host players are not necessary and the advantage given to them in terms of limited lag makes most games unfair from the beginning, where the host will always win when engaging at an identical time. How can a lag free game be found. Im ******* over it. Makes for an unenjoyable game indeed. Worst multiplayer fps iv ever played, wont be buying it and i recommend to everyone to avoid it like the plague. |

| Black ops, stuff that I/you hate? Ok so today I was having fun bowling with my friends...then I come home to have some fun in black ops..only to realize that as soon as I join I get spawn killed by napalm (no joke) I literally spawn on fire...than I get past that only to realize that I walk in a room (3 enemies in the room) camping with COMMANDO'S what surprise!!! That's what all people use! Then I decide to go from behind and own them, but guess what happened?? I got killed by 2 claymores sitting at the doorway!! Then I get spawn killed repeatly for about a minute or so (they were spawn trapping us because treyarch sucks at making checkpoints..especially free-for-all on nuketown) than we finally switched spawns!!! And then I tried to knife and enemy and of course my knife somehow misses him but his gets mine even though we both knifed at the same damn time..this ******* game needs patches and a whole lot of updates..nerf the ******* FAMAS..spawns are still terrible after 2 updates..oh yeah it seems like there is more camping and dropshotting in this game..I'm never gonna play s&d again if everyone drop shots in it.. So overall I give this game a 3.5/10 for it's multiplayer..the campaign on veteran Is horrid..so do any of you think they néed to fix some other things |
| How is dropshotting a problem? Everyone can do it and its a legit tactic to use. I really don't see many people using the commando. The most used guns are the famas, galil, aug, ak74u and then maybe the commando. I find the guns in this game very balanced (except for the shotguns and snipers which are crap). As far as spawns go I don't think they can fix those with a patch. They are bad but I pretty much expect bad spawns from a COD game nowadays. I spawn all the time with some one aiming right at me, air support above me, into grenades, etc. it sucks but what can you do. I think they should make the snipers and shotguns better, change hardline pro to only work with carepackages, make it so I stop getting into games that are almost over, remove second chance and add a search filter for matchmaking would be cool. |

| I had a dream that I killed a black Panther, What Does it Mean? Sunday May 3, 2009 I had a dream that has been bothering me all week. Before I begin let me start off by giving some background about myself: I am 19, Female, have a strained relationship with my father, I always play nice with my sister who treats me like crap. My dream: My sister and I were visiting my dad, I do not know why, and we decided to go for a walk on the old Johnson property trail like we used to all the time when we were younger. It is literly next to our fathers home. Anyway, we get ready and bring along a tree branch we used as a hiking staff, after all this is in the country/wooded area. We take not even 15 steps into your hike and I spot a black kitten aout 20yards away. I did not call after it but just watched it as it began to run towards my sister and I, I look back to my fathers house and when I turn back around the kitten is still running towards us except the closer it got the larger it became into a full grown panther. It jumped me automatically knawing on my right hand, the pain was horrible! My sister just stood there with the staff in hand staring in total ah. I finaly have to shout "Davina! Use the ******* stick! Beat the living **** out of it already!" She snaps out of her daze as I am trying my best to punch the cat off of me, more and more I was bleeding and it hurt but not for a moment did I cry. My sister, Davina, wacked the cat so hard and not once dd it turn on her or even make a flench of painful recognition. Finaly I told Davina "Give me the stick!" As I reached for it I glanced back at the house, the home where my family tried to force their happiness on.....I had the stick in my hand beat the head twice... no good. Then something tells me to twist its neck and snap its head. I looked to my sister and I told her, "I am about to do something that is going to haunt me for the rest of my life." She gave me a srange look of concern. I looked down and had seen that one of the panthers teeth had pierced itself all the way thru the middle of my right hand, I reached for its left ear and pulled with my left hand and pushed with my right, and I heard a terrifing crack and the body went limp. My sister looked at me and asked if I was okay, I dont remember what I siad to her but my hand still had the tooth in it and was still in the animals mouth. I pryed the mouth open, freed my hand, and looked at it. The blood was all gone and it looked more like a realy bad blister, the hole wasnt even there any more. I observed it for such a long period of time trying to figure out how it healed so fast. And then I woke up to go to the restroom. That same night I dreamed about a snake that attacked me I do not remeber how or the details of everything as much as I dd with the panther but I ended up chopping the head off, odd part is that it bit me in the same place as the panther and the same blister appeared. Then later in the dream I was on trial for killing two endangered spiecies. I was in jail and then out on bail, right when the jury was about to declare guilty or not guilty I woke up. What does this mean, I have had many wierd dreams before but nothing like this it was like it realy happened. |

If we are going to discuss Alexander/ the Romans/ the Persians/ Safavid's/ etc., the US should be in the conversation. Has America treated various classes horribly in its past? Absolutely. The Native American/ Immigrants/ Women...many groups have been wronged. The question I would ask is where would I rather be than here? For what nation would I relinquish my US citizenship? The answer is none. I cannot think of a nation I would rather have been a citizen. I don't think Stockholm syndrome makes any sense. My ancestors were from Africa. I have never been there. I would be as lost there as any other first time visitor. I am not ashamed my ancestors were slaves. In fact I'm quite proud to come from a people who have overcome so much in a relatively short time. My grandfather's grandfather was a slave. My father attended segregated schools. I have two college degrees. Where else would that be possible? | Anyone else think Black Ops sucks? I think its complete crap. the sniping and hit detection is TERRIBLE the graphics are the similar to the first mw(from 2007!!) the sound sucks! all the guns sound the same. the maps are terribly boring nuketown is gay and too small the spawning is terrible rc cars are ******* annoying. im ok at the game and i can manage a 1.5 kd ratio, which isnt all that great, but this game just dissapointed me. zombies is completely random and should be a different game itself. im going back to mw2. other than noobtubers and commando, its a great fking game with incredible online gameplay anyone else agree? feel free to argue and make your own point. |
| I AM SO DAMN TIRED OF LISTENING TO EVERYONE SPITTING OUT THE SAME GARBAGE! BLACK OPS DOES NOT TAKE ANY MORE SKILL THAN MW2! Just because you have to actually hold down the trigger doesn't mean anything. what was really wrong with MW2: -OMA Toobers -Commando Knifers -Boosters -Campers -Lack of balance -Overpowered Killstreaks? now lets take that cynical mindset we've acquired from playing MW2 and apply it to BO. -GRAPHICS ARE AWFUL (COD 4 with more color) HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN?!? -Guns sound like cap guns, tactical grenades sound like tin cans, explosions sound like firecrackers. -Killstreaks (rcxd, dogs, super chopper gunner and gunship) -Camping is worse, every game i've played there has always been a couple of people who never leave a building or area. Maps are also more camper friendly. - AK74U is the new UMP, I think i've been killed by it a good 1/4 of the time, as well as people with Galil's -Spraying is just as bad as WaW. - THERE IS NO POINT TO HAVE A SNIPER RIFLE- any AR or SMG will kill you before you can scope in or pull out your side arm. Pistols are also retardedly weak, so even with scout pro, unless they're already damaged, you wont kill them cause pistols take the whole clip to kill. -Spawning is bad too. often right in front of an enemy or in the naplam i just died from. -Currency system takes the fun out of everything. I don't have to get headshots for camo or kills for attachments? then why play? just to kill people and raise my K/D? I had such high hopes for this game, and while it is pretty average it just doesn't feel or flow as well as MW2 did. Now go ahead and troll to your hearts content, you're just mad you bombed 65 bucks on a game you're already bored with. and it's cool cause so am I. I just know now that Treyarch cannot make games like Infinity Ward can. |
